How will I select my photos?
All our image selection sessions are done in-person here at the studio approximately 10 days after your shoot. Together, we will design an image collection worthy of being passed down for generations. We will work with size, finish, and framing together and leave no stone unturned! All printed images include a high-resolution digital file for archiving.
How long will my session take?
Hair and makeup (in-studio) takes about an hour and fifteen minutes per person. For one subject, in-studio, a 4-outfit-change session takes about 2 hours. For a large family, with multiple locations, a session can take up to 5 hours. The average session time for Seniors, Pets, Glamour, and Personal Branding all take about 2 hours (excluding hair/makeup).
How much does it cost?
All portrait sessions have a $250.000 CLP minimum investment commitment which is paid as a deposit. This deposit is 100% applied to the final purchase. Print prices begin at $70.000 and folio boxes of images (complete with high-resolution files) begin at $730.000. Most clients purchase a 20-image folio box. There is no session fee, and hair & makeup services are included, free of charge.
When will I get my order?
Most photography orders are ready for pickup within 4 weeks. However, our products are all shipped from overseas, so we’re at the mercy of air mail. However, this is usually not a problem! Custom framing can add 2-3 weeks turnaround time. Orders can be shipped to our international clients as well.
Can I bring pets?
Absolutely! I ♥ animals. Please bring treats and walk your dogs for 20 minutes prior to the session in our neighborhood (this allows your dogs to acquaint with the new smells in the area.) All pets must be over 8 weeks old and up to date with their innoculations. Our two resident studio-beasts would love to welcome your pets!
How should I prepare for my shoot?
At your pre-session consult, we will plan your wardrobe and clothing options for everybody included in your portrait. Clean hair, freshly painted (neutral-color) nails, and eyebrows/roots touched up no later than 48 hours prior to your session should all be considered.
What payments do you accept?
Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal. Chilean bank accounts can do a transferencia to Banco de Chile. US clients pay via check or bank transfer. 6-Month payment plans are available upon request. Note: Payment is due at the time of the ordering appointment. No prints or files will be released without payment in full.
I don’t know what I want?
That’s ok! The whole process should be fun – and definitely not stressful. We will work together to design the perfect products for you and your home. Together, we’ll discuss your product options and style your shoot in the consultation, and then refine style, layout, and size in the ordering session. You will receive completely finished artwork, not a “do-it-yourself” project. All you have to do is sit back and admire it!
