Recently the gorgeous Gwen visited our studio and below is her personal experience of what a Before & After shoot with us was like:
What surprised me most was how relaxed I felt in front of Stephanie’s camera. I have never been part of a professional shoot before, and I’m not super comfortable having my picture taken in general. But the session was just…fun! I felt totally at ease. Stephanie is a true professional, and I realized that doesn’t just mean mastering her camera. She creates a space where you feel like you can be yourself, and then draws out a genuine but truly beautiful pose.I was really impressed by her knowledge of the human body on camera, and the way that the small adjustments we made to the poses were reflected in truly amazing photographs. A little turn of your shoulders or hips, bringing your chin forward, or encouraging you to play with your poofy tulle skirt to loosen up!As a designer I work with photographs a lot, but I don’t know much about the process. I had seen Stephanie’s gorgeous photos, and I was curious. What would that atmosphere be like? What are the secrets? It was a great learning experience for me but the magic decidedly remains, it always does when you see a true expert practice their craft.
What a pleasure it is to transform every day amazing women into the best versions of themselves. It is our dream and we make it a reality every single day, with every single click of the camera.
